4.1 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing a bonus amount, wagering of 15 times the bonus must be completed. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and their total balance will be ৳3,000. To withdraw from the bonus, wagering of ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be completed.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable after the wagering requirement is met.
Certain games or betting markets may not count towards bonus wagering.

4.3 VIP Cashback

Regular members receive weekly cashback across four VIP levels: Bronze (up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), and Platinum (up to 1.2%). Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the www ck44 platform:

Any attempt to hack or gain unauthorised access to the system or software.
Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
Attempting to access another user's account or steal their information.
Coordinated betting against the platform or collusion.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

6.2 Abandoned or Postponed Matches

If an event is not completed within 72 hours of its scheduled time, bets on that event will generally be considered void and stakes will be refunded. Different rules may apply in specific cases, which will be noted in the relevant betting section.

6.3 Live Betting

If a connection is lost during live in-play betting or a bet is not completed for any reason, that bet will not be considered accepted. A bet is not final until the confirmation screen appears.
